underwhelming stay, expected more
ubud shuttledusty window framesstained mosquito net
the shuttle service to ubud was acceptable.
I had issues with cleanliness. the window frames were lined with dust, and i noticed cobwebs near the air conditioner. the mosquito net around the bed had yellow stains. It was REALLY gross.

FANTASTIC Stay!!!

The Two-Bedroom Pool Villa Daily Activities was HUGE. Rooms were clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had a bathtub and outdoor shower. The outside living room by the private pool was very spacious, a NICE place to have dinner. The spa and outdoor pools were GREAT. I wandered around the hotel's peaceful gardens. The free activities included yoga and free shuttles to the city center.
The mosquito lotion provided was ineffective, so I recommend bringing or buying your own. It was a good stay though, I wouldn't say the place is quite 5 stars. This is the only negative point of my ENTIRE stay.

Breakfast had a very great menu, with both a la carte options and an open buffet. The food was AMAZING!!! I recommend trying some Balinese dishes.

The housekeeping team kept everything super clean, providing prompt cleaning daily. All staff members were friendly, professional and ready to assist. Every request was handled quickly, with attention to detail. They really enhanced the quality of my stay.

My villa featured excellent architecture, and was surrounded by greenery. The design provided natural light. The bed was comfortable. The outdoor living space was perfect.

the staff helped with a takeaway breakfast one morning because i had to get up really early
the mattress was not the best i wasn't sure i saw the difference vs what i had booked. the rooms were a great size though nothing to cook with. there was not much variety for vegetarians
